 The Islamic golden age refers to a period in the history of Islam, traditionally dated from the 8th century to the 13th century during which must of the historically Islamic World was ruled by various calliphates and science, economics development and cultural florished.The significant achievements made by Muslims from approximately 750 to 1500 A.D led to the naming of this period as the Islamic Renaissance, or the Islamic Golden Age.



In 697, an Islamic coinage was invented based on the gold dinar (from the Roman denarius) and the silver dirhams (from the Greek drachma),\. Images were replaced by words from the Quran. fir decades, the coinage was anonymous, issued in the name of God instead of an earthly ruler.
